• They have spent $1,000,000.00 +- on studies
• They have done only minor repairs which have no afffect on congestion
• They have created an environmental nightmare: 200 cars idling at a stop sign
• They failed to represent us for our common good
• They point at each other for common sense funding
• They continually spend our tax dollars, and cannot account for their spending
